Frequently Asked Questions

Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.

When do you publish Asymmetric Advisor opportunities?

On or about the first Friday of the month.

Is there a trial period?

There are no trials for the research we provide. If you’re not satisfied with the research or picks within the first two weeks, let us know and we’ll refund your membership fee minus $250. This protects us from people trying to join in order to piper downloads.

How long do you hold positions?

We hold positions anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. It’s possible that a position works out after only a few weeks, it’s happened, and we’ll make a recommendation to take profit. But most positions take longer.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, unless we entered your subscription manually. You can check the status of your subscription, when it’s set to renew and any other information under your account dashboard.

Do you provide personalized investment advice?

No. The information we provide is for informational purposes only, and does not speak to your individual investment goals. The information we provide should not be seen as an offer to buy or sell any securities we mention. We simply publish what we are doing, and that information goes out to the entire membership.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

You do not need to be an accredited investor, most opportunities can be taken by trading common stock. There may be opportunities such as private placements or warrants that will require you to be accredited. See the following link to determine your accredited status.

What is the minimum account size I need to participate?

We trade stocks, so technically the minimum account size is based on how many shares of any asset you can purchase. To be practical, a minimum account size of $5000 USD could participate, it’s possible you could start with less. Please do not take this as financial advice.

Are resource stocks risky?

All stocks have risk associated with them, resource stock, particularly junior miners and exploratory companies are very risky investments and you can loose most or all of your investment. Therefore, you should never invest more than you are willing to lose.
